I have the worst pain in my knees, getting old isn't for sissies! I spent about 13 weeks on a rolling knee walker after breaking an ankle several years ago, and the pain in my knees was unbearable. I tried this, and O. M. G!!!! The pain went away literally from the first use. Just a little dab'll do you. Just for grins and giggles, I also used a bit of it on my calves because I also have Restless Leg Syndrome, and it even eased that. Usually, I had to get up in the middle of the night to take my meds for it, but I only take the bedtime dose and sleep for hours. There is a slight minty/menthol smell that is not unpleasant at all, and it fades pretty quickly as the gel is absorbed.I realize that everyone reacts differently to things, but this gel is the best and only thing I have found to help with my knee pain. I've tried all the OTC creams out there, and this stuff really works. I apply it twice a day per the directions, again, you just need enough to cover the surface lightly, so this will last you a while. I was pretty skeptical, but I'm a repeat customer now.
