It does have an ugly color and it stains clothes; so I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. It was an awesome help to heal my surgery wound and it kept any infection away.I used this on my mom’s bed wound and it worked wonders.Long term bedsore began to close after 3 days. I used Dakins solution quater strength to cleanse the wound before applying. This review is for LMNOOP in the blue jar. The scent of the ointment reminds me of sesame cooking oil but after you cover the wound you don't smell it. And since it worked so fast the smell is tolerable for the period of time you need to use it.Es may utilI purchased this in mid-December and had good results in helping heal a pressure sore my husband was experiencing. I like the smell--toasted sesame oil. I went in to purchase it again but find it has gone up $5.00 for a small tube--that's a 33% increase in under 4 months. I realize there is a lot of pressure on the supply chain, but some things just seem to be using that problem to raise the prices on other things. Guess we'll have to wait until things normalize a bit.Has a semi-strong herbal scent to it.
