Given the price I had high expectations. As other reviewers are mentioned, it starts with the packaging. Lux.But the pan is flawless and very well made. I've used it three times now, twice for eggs, once for pancakes. The first time I used a small amount of butter to grease the cooking area, but it turned out not to be necessary, as I discovered the next two uses. Everything just lifts right off this surface. As requested I use on medium to low heat. Perfect outcomes every time. I wish it had a lid, but otherwise it's glorious.This is my new go-to pan for frying eggs and stuff. It is just terrific.The best non stick pan I use it for everything from fish and chicken to pancakes the price is well justified and it doesn't have toxic chemicals like Teflon.I love this pan. Nothing sticks and it is very easy to clean.Bought as a gift. Loves it!Wonderful pan for stir fries, veggies, omelettes, and basically any thing I could throw at it.
