For the price, you get a good amount of this eye cream. The cream and the applicator do feel soothing when applying. However, there are there are also some downsides that I haven't experienced with similar products. First, the applicator rollers only seem to work about a fraction of the time. Most of the time, they don't really roll well, so the cream just spreads on rather than rolling. This leads to using more cream than you need and then having to pat some off of the area afterwards. Next, while the cream does feel refreshing, I don't really notice a tightening effect that I have felt with other eye creams. For a budget eye cream, I think this is a good deal, but the effectiveness doesn't match more expensive options. So at the end of the day, it will depend on if you are looking for quantity or quality.
